A 10-ft. drive aisle setback variance, from the required 30-ft. for a drive aisle to be 20-ft. from the north property line. Article XIV, Section 14.03 (D)(2) 2. A 10-ft. landscape greenbelt width variance, from the required 30-ft. for the landscape greenbelt width to be 20-ft. along the north property line.
