(parcel #09-14-300-035), 62 W. Scripps Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-036), a vacant parcel immediately north of 62 W. Scripps Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-031), 1940 S. Lapeer Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-030), a vacant parcel immediately north of 1940 S. Lapeer Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-029), 1900 S. Lapeer Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-028), and a vacant parcel immediately north of 1900 S. Lapeer Rd. (parcel #09-14-300-027). The applicant is seeking 4 variances from Zoning Ordinance #78 – Conditionally Zoned GB Article XXVII, Section 27.04(A)(3)(a) 1. A 2-ft. parking space length variance from the required 19-ft., for 219 inventory parking spaces, located along the perimeter of the dealership, to be 17-ft. in length. 2. A 2-ft. parking space length variance from the required 19-ft., for 11 employee parking spaces, located along the south side of the building, to be 17-ft. in length. 3. A 2-ft. parking space length variance from the required 19-ft., for 10 customer parking spaces, located along the north side of the building, to be 17-ft. in length. Article XXVII, Section 27.11(E)(1)(b) 4. A variance from the required parking lot standard lighting of metal halide, incandescent, fluorescent, or mercury vapor fixtures, to allow LED parking lot lighting.
